Our purpose:

    * Promote citizenship on all levels
    * Promote scholarship beyond what students normally do
    * Promote leadership
    * Promote service to school and community
    * Promote cultural values
    * Appreciate the worth of all individuals

September 29: Announcement of delegates and slate of officers
October 5-16 Campaigning
October 6: SCA Meeting at 9:15
October 13: Tape candidate speeches
October 15-16: All 4th and 5th grade students watch speeches
October 16: Elections
