NEW DATE: The Fine Arts Festival has been moved to March 27 & 28th. We will perform on the 28th. CFHS will be hosting us this year. Please mark this exciting change in your calendars.
We are very excited to have so many of our cougars joining us each Wednesday morning at 8AM to rehearse together and share our love our music. A rehearsal & concert schedule for the year, will be sent home next week. It will also have a volunteer form and the shirt order form included. Parents, if you are able to help direct traffic in the mornings for 15 minutes or are willing to stay to assist with rehearsals and attendance please let me know. Extra hands are appreciated! If your child misses a rehearsal, he/she needs to bring me an excuse letter once they return to school. You may also email excuse notes to me at binghamke@staffordschools.net. Three unexcused absences will result in dismissal from the ensemble, so please send me a quick note to excuse missed rehearsals.
Drop off Procedure:
- Students should be dropped off at the car rider area at 8AM Wednesday mornings. PLEASE Do NOT leave your child unattended!!!!
- Please pull all the way up to the stop sign before unloading to help the drop off process go as smoothly and quickly as possible.
- Parent volunteers will be outside to direct traffic. Please follow their directions.
- Siblings may not attend rehearsals unless they are a member of the chorus as no one is available to supervise them.

November 4 & 18 (No rehearsals on the 11th & 25th as school is closed)
December 2, 9, 16
January 6, 13, 20, 27
February 3, 10, 17, 24
March 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31 - End of Year Breakfast

December 22nd - 5th Annual Holiday Sing-along
March 28th- Fine Arts Festival at CFHS - time TBA
