Hi, my name is Lisa Snow and I am one of the Conway Counselors. I am at Conway everyday. Let me give you a little bit of information about myself. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. When I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Secondary General Science Education, I began working as a middle school science teacher in the Pittsburgh area. I worked in Pittsburgh for 15 years in this capacity. Along the way I married and had 4 children. I also attended Duquesne University to attain my Masters Degree in School Counseling. Additionally, I attained my National Certified Counselor distinction. In 2003, my husband's job moved us to Virginia. I began working at Grafton Village Elementary and Ferry Farm Elementary as a school counselor. This was very exciting! When the opportunity arose to apply for the counselor position at Conway Elementary I was nervous, but also very excited about the new school. It certainly hasn't been disappointing! Conway is a great and friendly place to learn, play and teach. I enjoy helping all of our Conway Cougars, their parents, teachers and working with administration. Hello, my name is Mia Morrison and I am a part-time counselor at Conway. I will be at Conway everyday but Tuesdays. On Tuesdays I will be part of the counseling department at Grafton Village. Having lived in Stafford and graduating from Brook Pointe High School I went on to George Mason University where I received my bachelors degree in psychology and my masters in counseling. Currently I live in Woodbridge, Virginia with my son. I am so excited to be here and eager to get to know all of our Conway Cougars!
